Apply to help with morning announcements
Students will learn about what Growth Mindset is. They will choose one topic to type a sentence about telling how they will use growth mindset this year.
Students will use MS Paint to create a symmetrical design. This design will be used in a future lesson on webpage design.
Students will write a personal mission statement using MS Word.

Ozobot Activities:
- Week 1: Program Ozobot with lines and color codes. Also use color codes to program the Ozobot to knock over 6 bowling pins.
- Week 2: Use the ipad app OzoGroove to code an Ozobot to dance.
- Week 3: Learn about area and perimeter. Students are challenged to draw various sized "rollercoaster" with differing area and perimeter. They will time their Ozobots to see how long each rollercoaster ride will take.

Students will use the app Chatterkid to create a movies showing how to be proactive with various objects/places in our school. Students will add a link to the Chatter Pix Proactive Movie they made and photos of art posted on Google classroom to their website.
Students make a slide show in Google Slides showing information from 50 years ago.
